Lori is an experienced entrepreneur and growth strategist with substantial public, as well as private-sector experience and understanding. She started her career as a Trial Attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice and served as a Legal Officer with the United Nations, and worked in the private sector as an international corporate and M&A attorney.

From 2011-2018, while serving in several Growth Team capacities, Lori supported and led the growth efforts of a Small Business (~200 employees; <$27M), Information Technology (IT), and Cyber-focused Federal Government contractor, leveraging contract vehicles such as GSA Alliant Small Business (ASB), GSA 8(a) STARS II, and GSA IT Schedule 70, among others, to become a Full & Open (F&O) Mid-Tier contractor (~600 employees; >$100M). Lori successfully oversaw capture and proposal efforts for strategic contract vehicles, (e.g., GSA Alliant 2 GWAC, DISA ENCORE III, and Army ITES 3S), as well as task orders associated with Small and F&O contract vehicles. Lori is experienced in sales pipeline development, opportunity vetting and maturation (capture/teaming), customer relationship development, and proposal development. She is well respected among Small Business as well as Large Business “competimates”.

Prior to joining Phacil, Lori served as General Manager, Corporate Services – Europe for Register.com, as well as General Manager of Register.com’s Global Partner Network. Lori joined Register.com in June 2000 following the acquisition of her first software start-up, Inabox, Inc.
