Cynde’s passion is problem-solving, and she’s done so throughout her career. Working in a variety of roles for a major professional services firm enabled her to develop her operational problem-solving skills in areas such as recruiting & onboarding, employee rewards & retention, training, organization, and process design, strategy, policy development, and regulatory compliance.

In her recent role as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors for Loudoun Cares, an award-winning local non-profit, Cynde took charge of the review of the organization’s 3-year strategic plan, led the board in crafting new objectives with quantifiable goals, and wrote the new 3-year plan.
