Biography
Sara Hartary is a value creation guru with over 20 years of experience in improving the way companies run. Her background centers on IT professional services, bridging business and technology needs, and she applies agile software development practices to organizational transformation.
Sara founded and served as CEO of BizOps Solved, a management consulting firm focused on value creation, fractional COO services, and exit planning, until its acquisition by Quantive. Her previous roles include COO, management consultant, director of professional services, and IT chief of staff.
A Henry Rutgers Scholar from Rutgers University, Sara brings expertise in growth strategy, owner goal alignment, and enterprise-wide solution deployment. She is actively involved in the exit planning community as an XPX member, Co-Grand Sponsor of the Arlington Women In Business Networking series, and Co-Founder of the Women & Wealth: Business Owner Edition series.
