Quantive Launches Exit Planning Bootcamp in Annapolis

September 18, 2015 (Annapolis, MD and Alexandria, VA) Quantive Business Valuations, a national provider of certified business valuations and exit planning services, is pleased to announce a seminar series on Exit Planning for Annapolis business owners and entrepreneurs. Quantive will host the first seminar in the series, “Exit Planning 101” on October 14, 2015 at 7 am at the Maryland Sales Training at 2530 Riva Road, Suite 300, Annapolis, MD 21401.

According to Dan Doran, CVA, Founder of Quantive, “80 percent of businesses don’t know how much their business is worth. For the vast majority of small business owners, their business is the single largest asset in their portfolio. However, three quarters of business owners don’t have a plan to exit and most wait until it’s too late. Reactive planning can lead to a significant shortfall in retirement funds. This seminar series brings together experts to help educate and guide business owners through the critical – and often misunderstood – steps of exit planning.”

Bob Sammis of Bay Head, LLC will be the featured presenter of “Exit Planning 101” and will provide an overview of the critical steps to exiting, what to expect and how long the exit planning process will take.
